Amanda Ferreira – Fitness Coach and Professional Bodybuilder
Amanda Ferreira is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, specializing in helping women cultivate unshakeable self-confidence through fitness and wellness.
Amanda’s personal journey to self-confidence was ignited after she overcame repeated periods of self-doubt regarding her appearance and athletic performance. This experience fueled her mission to equip other women with the tools and strategies they need to overcome limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.
Beyond her expertise, Amanda is a certified Health Coach, a BS in Physical Education, and a professional bodybuilder. She is a sought-after trainer and mentor who coaches women on overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs regarding their physical appearance and their ability to change their lives by changing their bodies.
Radmila Lolly – Artist, Advocate, and Wellness Enthusiast
Radmila Lolly is a passionate animal rights advocate and committed vegan. Known for her artistic talents and dynamic career, she incorporates daily activities such as yoga, basketball, dance, and rigorous workouts to maintain her vibrant energy and physical appearance. A proponent of Eastern medicine, Radmila tailors her wellness routine with vegan supplements based on her blood work, while regularly seeing a chiropractor, acupuncturist, and massage therapist. Her holistic approach reflects her dedication to both her craft and a compassionate, balanced lifestyle.
Michelle Shindell – Attorney, In-Prison Educator, Mindfulness & Breathwork Coach
Michelle Shindell is an attorney and in-prison educator teaching personal growth and emotional regulation. For the past seven years she has taught “Thinking for a Change,” an evidence-based cognitive behavioral program, and “Beyond Violence,” a trauma-informed curriculum addressing violence prevention and inner peace through mindfulness and breathwork practices.
Her holistic approach integrates cognitive, somatic, breath work and mindfulness practices to help women heal, grow, and thrive.
Shannon Santos – certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Mindset Mentor, and Spiritual Life Coach
With a profound commitment to helping people navigate the ever-changing terrain of daily life, Shannon guides and empowers her clients to find comfort, confidence, and clarity from within, transforming a mindset of resistance into one of resilience. Her services are deeply rooted in traditional practices and supported by evidence-based methods, with meditation serving as a cornerstone for transformative experiences.
Through “Growing into Purpose,” Shannon extends her personal experiences of learning, growth, and healing to guide others on their path to self-discovery, healing, and acceptance.
